• Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Custom-designed, personalized, or made-to-order products generally require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Everlasting Adonai is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or altered items.

Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
