Order Processing Times

Order processing times vary depending on the type of product purchased.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items that are in stock are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items typically require 2–3 weeks for production before they are shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the size, complexity, or quantity of the order. If additional production time is needed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been shipped.

Everlasting Adonai is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied during checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship all orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volumes, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. We will gladly assist you by providing shipment information whenever possible; however, we cannot guarantee delivery once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Locations

Everlasting Adonai currently ships within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping through our website.

However, we may accept large bulk or wholesale international orders on a case-by-case basis. Customers interested in placing an international bulk order should contact us before placing an order to discuss shipping options, costs, and delivery arrangements.

Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges required by their country.

Because international shipments involve customs processing and third-party carriers, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Everlasting Adonai is not responsible for delays, customs holds, import restrictions, lost packages, damaged packages, or additional fees that occur after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier. International orders are shipped at the customer's own risk.
